Your delivery day, in the right order.

RouteMonkey is a delivery route planner: it takes the day's orders — straight from QuickBooks or your spreadsheet — and turns them into the cheapest driving round, on your driver's phone before the van is loaded.

Early access — invitation only, six months free.

Three steps, then drive.

1

Bring in the orders

Connect QuickBooks Online and the invoices due on your delivery day become the round — or upload your sales and contact sheets instead.

2

Press Optimise

RouteMonkey finds the cheapest driving order from your depot and back, with an arrival time for every stop.

3

Load the van and go

The round is on your driver's phone, the run sheet is printed, and you can watch the day unfold from your desk.

What you get

Route optimisation built for small delivery businesses that run a round a day and want it done by mid-afternoon.

One-click optimisation

The day's orders re-sequenced into the cheapest driving order in seconds — no more planning the round on a printout.

QuickBooks or spreadsheets

Link QuickBooks Online once and each day's invoices arrive by themselves — or keep your spreadsheets and upload the day's exports.

On your driver's phone

The app shows where to go and what to deliver, launches turn-by-turn navigation, and marks a stop delivered by itself once the van has been there.

Watch the round live

Pins turn green as stops are delivered, the van moves on the map as it drives, and packing is ticked off item by item.

Every round kept

Pick any past date and see that round exactly as it finished — what went out, what was delivered, what wasn't and why.

Run sheets and exports

A printable Excel run sheet in one click, plus Google Maps links that work on any phone — no app needed for a relief driver.

Know where the round is without ringing the driver.

Every delivery lands back on your screen within seconds — delivered, failed, or still to come, with the driver's own note against each stop. A customer calls to ask where their order is, and you already know.

Customer locations are remembered from round to round, so addresses that confuse the satnav get fixed once and stay fixed.

How early access works

RouteMonkey is young, and the first businesses on it get a real say in what it becomes. Here's the deal, plainly.

Six months free

Your invite comes with six months of full use — every feature, the driver app included, nothing to pay while you settle in.

Help shape it

This is a community effort: run your real rounds on it, tell us what's clumsy and what's missing, and watch your feedback turn up in the product.

Fair pricing later

It can't be free forever — servers, maps and routing have real costs. When pricing arrives, expect it to be reasonable, and you'll hear well in advance.

Run a daily round? Let's route it.

RouteMonkey is in early access with a small number of delivery businesses. Tell us about your round and we'll set you up — the first six months are on us.
